Office Manager
About the role
The Office Manager will oversee general office needs, manage coffee and snack supplies, handle in-office catering requests, and partner with the building's property management team to ensure office setup and signage align with CGI's brand standards. They will also maintain emergency plans, verify safety items, and coordinate safety checks and building compliance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general office needs, including booking desks and ensuring workspaces are ready and organized.
- Manage coffee and snack supplies, as well as kitchen and breakroom essentials.
- Handle in-office catering requests for meetings and events.
- Work closely with CGI's internal facilities team to ensure office setup, signage, and materials remain consistent with CGI's brand standards.
- Partner with the building's property management team for maintenance requests, access needs, and other facility-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date emergency plans and ensure they are clearly communicated and posted.
- Verify that fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other safety items are in place and current.
- Coordinate any necessary safety checks or building compliance reviews.
- Auxiliary administrative and leadership support, including assisting with meeting coordination, event planning, and office communications.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires or visiting team members (desk setup, badges, I9, etc.).
- Provide executive assistance for local leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling, and expense reporting.
- Office culture and engagement, including helping to coordinate local office events and supporting CSR and engagement initiatives.
- Budget and vendor management, tracking office supply and catering budgets and managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the Office Manager should have experience with general office management, be experienced with MS Office, Outlook, and Powerpoint, and have a general understanding of health, safety, and compliance practices.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $38,800.00 - $85,100.00.
Schedule
This position requires a minimum of 5 days/week in the office.
