Office Lab Testing Coordinator

About the role

This role supports a phlebotomy lab in an outpatient setting. Under general supervision, the responsibilities include:

• Daily operations and supervision of a small laboratory unit
• Performing routine and automated laboratory procedures, with phlebotomy and specimen collection as a primary responsibility
• Overseeing staff workflow
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training of new personnel

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 2 years related work experience required
• No licenses or certifications required
