Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative duties as assigned.
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple office stations.
- Create and sort inbound/outbound files.
- File documents.
- Use PowerPoint for presentations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Experience with PowerPoint.
- Affective communication skills.
- Ability to work in multiple office stations.
- Ability to file documents.
- Ability to create inbound/outbound files.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
- Computer: Knowledge of MAS90/200/500 Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour.
