About the role

Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA) position starting July 21st. Training hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST/EST. Shift is also from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST/EST. This is a hybrid schedule with 3 days of onsite work per week. No time off in the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans and complete the orders, follow-ups or other actions necessary to complete the order.
• Communicate with vendors and other company employees via written and verbal means.
• Ensure high attention to detail to complete tasks accurately.
• Create initial disclosures for applications meeting requirements.
• Review purchase contracts to understand contract details.
• Gain foundational knowledge of the mortgage process and build experience in Home Lending areas.

Requirements

• Must be able to work any days onsite due to potential scheduling changes.
• Must be prepared to be onsite for the duration of training if equipment delays or setup issues occur.

• A high level of attention to detail is required.
• Experience in reviewing documents or familiarity with similar industries is beneficial.

Pay

$16.50/hr with $24.75 OT.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position based in Front Royal, VA. The position is contract to hire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
