Admin Support (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)

About the role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV, with a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days onsite per week. The start date is 8/18, with training hours from 8:00AM to 4:30PM CST/EST. Please note that no time off is allowed in the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

The Mortgage Support Associate will pull tasks requesting data and documents for mortgage loans, complete orders, and follow up on necessary actions. This role requires written and verbal communication with vendors and other company employees, as well as a high level of attention to detail. Key tasks include creating initial disclosures for applications, reviewing purchase contracts, and comprehending contract details.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite 3 days a week, with specific days undetermined
• Ability to comprehend contract details and review documents with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications

A strong attention to detail and experience in industries that involve reviewing documents are pluses. This is a foundational position that provides an opportunity to learn company mortgage practices and move into other Home Lending areas as business allows.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr, with overtime pay at $24.75/hr.
