Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees while delivering a welcoming, high‑touch experience
- Cooking room scheduling, setup, cleanliness, materials, and catering
- Proactively anticipating guest and team needs and responding with discretion and professionalism
- Managing day‑to‑day office operations including supplies, pantry inventory, mail, and deliveries
- Partnering with senior administrative leadership to support office workflows and light administrative needs
- Aiding with the planning and execution of internal and external office events
- Maintaining a polished, well‑organized office environment that reflects high standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a high-touch, client-facing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, composed presence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- A proactive, service-oriented approach with sound judgment and reliability
- Comfort working independently while knowing when to escalate
- High discretion and accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word, with familiarity using scheduling and administrative tools
Qualifications
- Experience in a front‑of‑house, hospitality, office coordination, or similar client‑facing role
