About the role
A Dispatcher role at ProTeX can wear many hats and be a challenging position but also very rewarding. Working with the Dispatch team requires both physical and mental abilities to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients. This role demands strong clerical and administrative productivity, as well as the ability to listen and speak to people (at times in a state of distress) by phone or email.
Responsibilities
- Create strong relationships with your surrounding team and with clients.
- Resolve escalations calmly and professionally.
- Listen, speak plainly, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
- Maintain and prioritize important situations.
- Think quickly on your feet.
Requirements
- Exceptional telecommunication skills
- Sufficient in computer operations and data entry
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
