Entry-Level Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and accurately record customer information and service requests
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity, ensuring timely response
• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service technicians, and other team members throughout the service process
• Document all service activities, including resolutions and follow-up actions, in the company database
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image

Qualifications

• Dispatching Experience Preferred but not required
• Customer Service Experience
• US Work Authorization
• Bilingual Russian & English

$16.90 - $16.90/hour
