Core Responsibilities

- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Assisting with data entry and file management.
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information about delivery schedules, procedures, and services.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
- Aiding with scheduling and coordinating deliveries.
- Tracking deliveries and ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Supporting the delivery team with any necessary administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Operational Support
- Assisting with invoicing and payment processing.
- Ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Benefits
