Functions/Responsibility
- Office Operations & Environment: Act as a custodian of the office space, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and organized environment. You will manage supply inventory, coordinate facility maintenance, and oversee general upkeep to support a productive workspace.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Provide critical support to management and accounting teams by handling documentation, processing invoices, and assisting with essential clerical tasks.
- Liaison & Program Coordination: Serve as the primary internal liaison, managing phone and email communications while greeting guests. You will play a key role in coordinating company events including community sponsorships, internal events, and various staff programs, ensuring all details are organized and aligned with company goals.
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
- A helpful, team-oriented attitude with a high attention to detail.
