OFFICE COORDINATOR – COLORADO
Pump & Process Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Casper, Wyoming. This full-time, regular position focuses on growing P&P’s business by defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling sales activities within Wyoming.
About the role
The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) will grow sales of P&P products by engaging key decision-makers, demonstrating product benefits, and managing a network of manufacturers. The role involves developing and executing a territory growth plan to increase P&P’s market share in the industrial market. Relocation support is available, and candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout Wyoming to call on regular and prospective customers, solicit orders, and conduct phone outreach.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory sales plan.
- Compile lists of prospective customers from industry sources (newspapers, directories, trade shows, web sites).
- Maintain data on partners, accounts, and activities, documenting customer interactions and preparing reports.
- Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs, emphasizing salable features.
- Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts.
- Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports of business transactions and manage expense accounts.
- Participate in manufacturer-led education and training programs to advance product, market, and technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
- 0–2 years of experience in the pump industry.
- Professional sales skills, including key account strategies and planning.
- Introductory knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, and rotating equipment (including electronically controlled systems).
- Ability to develop and deliver effective product presentations for internal and external audiences of all sizes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC skills with above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and apply new systems and programs.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with valid identification.

--- **Order Coordinator**Denver Industrial Pumps, Inc. is seeking an Order Coordinator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This full-time, regular position is a multi-task role supporting several departments, including order entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Responsibilities
- Order Entry:
- Enter customer orders into the system using checklists provided by the sales team and email acknowledgements to customers.
- Process purchase orders and email them to vendors.
- Follow up on all "Red/Blue" orders to ensure they ship as requested.
- Maintain open order reports, monitor incoming purchase orders, and track delivery date changes.
- Monitor outgoing sales orders and advise the sales team of delays for customer notification.
- Customer Service:
- Provide courteous and prompt responses to customer requests.
- Advise customers on reschedules or order issues.
- Work closely with Sales and Purchasing to follow through on customer orders and requests.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Prepare invoices for customers, look up freight charges, and verify taxes.
- Assist in providing tax documents to the sales team.
- Identify and resolve account issues using problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Accounts Payable:
- Match packing slips and enter invoices into the payable system.
- Provide weekly and month-end accounts payable analysis.
- Reconcile monthly statements from vendors.
- Evaluate practices for process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
