Responsibilities
- Provide primary switchboard coverage as a daily backup to the receptionist.
- Cook up schedules with the receptionist to ensure the front desk is always covered.
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and delivery procedures.
- Work with vendors on office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain an organizational system for all office supply inventory and cleanliness in supply rooms, break rooms, print rooms, conference rooms, etc.
- Aid other office locations (Austin, Houston, San Antonio) with inventory needs.
- Review, code, and track all office-related invoices.
- Submit expense reimbursements for team members as needed.
- Aid in property management tasks related to tenant insurance and/or ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and identify needs across the organization.
- Professional and friendly presentation that strives to provide the best experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
