About the role
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support administrative and operational activities at our pickle manufacturing facility in Green Bay, WI. This role serves as a central point of coordination for front office operations, tank yard administrative processes, reporting, and communication across departments.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and front office operations
- Cooking daily administrative functions to support plant and tank yard operations
- Maintaining and organizing tank yard and operational documentation
- Preparing and distributing operational, inventory, and performance reports
- Tracking inventory levels, materials, and supplies; assisting with ordering and reconciliation
- Supporting plant leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, and projects
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Aiding with audits, compliance documentation, and recordkeeping
- Supporting BOS initiatives, hazardous condition tracking, and GMP audits
- Providing backup support to the Tank Yard Manager and Shipping Office as needed
- Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates degree preferred)
- Two (2) or more years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or operations support roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
