About the role
We're looking for an Office Coordinator to support front desk operations at our office. This role requires no prior experience in a specific field and provides comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests professionally and courteously
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy
- Collect payments and gather billing details
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, front desk)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
