About the role

We're looking for an Office Coordinator to support front desk operations at our office. This role requires no prior experience in a specific field and provides comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and guests professionally and courteously
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy
  • Collect payments and gather billing details
  • Schedule, confirm, and update appointments

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, front desk)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
  • High school diploma or GED (minimum)
