- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with broadcast or production software a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the station by welcoming guests, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain general office operations, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and front office organization
- Oversee office supply and breakroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist the sales and traffic departments with data entry and order processing
- Assist the Production Director with daily workflow and organization of commercial production
Requirements
Must have experience with Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Qualifications
Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
