Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors; announce arrivals as appropriate.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails; receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages.
  • Ensure the reception area and conference rooms remain tidy and presentable.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Track field office equipment including laptops, monitors, copiers, iPads, and related items.
  • Schedule service for office equipment and manage janitorial services.
  • Assist leadership and marketing with scheduling and organizing company events, parties, gatherings, and operations meetings.
  • Cook up orders and maintain inventory of company signage and swag.
  • Perform additional clerical and receptionist duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time-management ability with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based, in a front desk/reception setting.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift office supplies (up to 20 lbs.).
  • Expected to dress the part, maintaining a polished, professional appearance that reflects the company’s standards and front‑facing role.
