About the role
At K2 Space, you will be part of a team working on projects that aim to maximize the deployment of power, mass, and volume with today's launch vehicles. You will have the opportunity to contribute to ambitious missions that were previously thought impossible.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of innovative space technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mission concepts
- Engage in first principles thinking to solve complex problems
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in space technology and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in space engineering or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Passion for space exploration and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skills
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
- Knowledge of aerospace systems and spacecraft design
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
