About the role
This role will partner closely with our customer operations, facilities, and people operations teams and own the day-to-day administration of our fast-paced office. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to adapt quickly to change, and a passion for detail and organization!
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and maintain a professional look for our Charlotte office, including upkeep of conference rooms and meeting preparation
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies, including stocking our kitchen and reordering groceries
- Serve as the local liaison to building management for maintenance concerns
- Avoid organizing and planning office and team events
- Support our operations team by performing notarizations as needed
- Receive mail and deliveries, scan and upload important documents, and send mail to other offices in a timely manner
- Cookordinator interviews, and source prospective candidates across multiple Figure locations
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- An associate's degree preferred
- One to two years of experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role
- The ability to obtain a North Carolina Notary commission
- Proficiency with Google Mail and Google Calendar; intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures
Qualifications

- Ability to work full-time, on-site in our Charlotte, North Carolina office, Monday through Friday
Pay
Salary Base Compensation Range: $17.69 - $26.65/hr
25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
Schedule
This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
