Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED is required
- An associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines is required
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects are essential
- Outstanding communication and understanding of excellent customer service are essential

Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Create and maintain an organized filing system
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and property managers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Create basic social media posts
- Contribute to company reports
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
