Duties & Responsibilities
- Captures new ID badges and sets up access to building.
- Schedules ID badge pictures and coordinates with other administrative staff.
- Aids in the completion of hiring-related documentation and assists with new hire paperwork.
- Supports the onboarding process by introducing teammates to benefits and company services.
- Manages work and time off scheduling, timekeeping system, and facility and badge access.
- Serves as a liaison for resolving employee relations issues and providing information.
- Verifies and completes weekly payroll, processes variable compensation requests, and investigates pay-related matters.
- Orders and procures location supplies, codes and submits invoices for payment, and coordinates temporary labor.
- Facilitates meetings and events, coordinates meeting details, and handles catering.
- Coordinates facility or system repair requests and maintains the security system.
- Researches and provides analysis on P/L queries, financial variances, and invoice payments.
- Maintains OSHA and safety-related documentation and logs.
- Ensures teammates are set up in the company E-learning management solution and maintains compliance documentation.
- Supports location safety committees and follows up on accident-related tasks.
- Facilitates transitional return to work assignments and related requirements.
- Handles all incoming calls, greets and directs visitors and guests, and performs multiple public, vendor, and teammate contact duties.
- Maintains records, verifies accuracy, and generates miscellaneous reports.
- Performs a variety of clerical duties to assist in supporting the facility and employees.
- Supports employee relations and internal customer services to promote positive relations throughout the facility.
- Supports Company Stewardship Programs and Events as needed, including communications, meetings, and community outreach, and product donations.
- Trains and covers for other Admins as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred qualifications include 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school.
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience in customer service or a work environment performing administrative, clerical, and receptionist duties.
- Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.
