Responsibilities
- Tracks and processes accounts payable invoices.
- Oversaw the supervision of the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Collects and reviews employee punch correction forms and/or manual timesheets.
- Submits approved documents to the Resource Center for payroll discrepancies and mileage forms.
- Distributes Workforce Timekeeper Employee Time Detail and other Payroll reports to supervisors for review.
- Processes accounts payable invoices, including invoice coding to General Ledger Accounts and submitting them for payment.
- Collects and reallocates PCard receipts and submits them to the Resource Center.
- Assists with processing client funds requests as needed.
- Performs general office duties such as preparing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating office and equipment maintenance.
- Prepares and submits Source forms for new locations, lease renewals, and property updates.
- Maintains purchase cards and distributes them as needed, reconciling receipts and reallocating expenses as required.
- Ensures business documents are retained according to policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of related office management or bookkeeping experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally.
- Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of handling highly confidential information responsibly.
- Meets all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by Company and/or State regulations.
