For patients in California, this is known as “CH Medical CA, P.C.” For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as “CH Medical NC NJ, P.C.” For patients in New York, this is known as “CH Medical NY”.
For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and ensure smooth interactions between clients and clinical staff.
- Support the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients.
- Assist in the coordination of care, including scheduling appointments and managing client schedules.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health or addiction treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with virtual care platforms and technologies.
