About the role
We’re seeking an Office Administrator/Billing Clerk based in Alpharetta, GA, to help connect America.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks related to specific functions such as data entry, making copies, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Facilitate orientation for new employees.
- Prepare billing.
- Input data into front end systems.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication both in person and in writing.
- Proficient in using computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to try new things.
- Willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
