Responsibilities
- Greet visitors
- Answering and directing multiple telephone lines
- Clerical duties/tasks as assigned (filing, invoicing and entering data)
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Retrive files for personnel
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Familiar with office equipment such as photocopier, printers etc.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have basic knowledge necessary to work with computers
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be able to multitask
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
- Good numeracy skills
- Problem-solving skills
