About the role

The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative operations to ensure efficient office functionality and support business activities. The role manages office processes and ensures alignment with organizational priorities. The position supports operational efficiency, employee support, and effective business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ownership of office operations ensuring efficient administrative processes and business support.
  • Oversee daily office activities including scheduling, communications, and administrative workflows.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Cook up visitor access, manage reception logs, and ensure adherence to security and check-in procedures.
  • Manage office resources, supplies, and vendor relationships to support operational needs.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of records, files, and administrative systems.
  • Cook up office procedures to support productivity and business continuity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
  • Support company events, meetings, and internal communications coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative or office management roles required.
  • Strong understanding of office operations, administrative systems, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems.
  • Experience managing vendors, and office resources.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience with ERP or administrative systems supporting operations.

Qualifications

Pay

Pay range: $60,000 USD to $75,000 USD.
