Office Administrator (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Lake Ellenor Clinic Location - Orlando, FL 32809 About Us Camen Behavioral Services, LLC is one of the largest Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers in Central Florida, offering high-quality, client-centered ABA services to children with autism and other developmental needs. Our award-winning clinics have been recognized as top providers in the region, with locations in Kissimmee, Waterford Lakes, and Orlando. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our Waterford Lakes clinic. This position is a full time role and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, families, and a collaborative team while helping keep our clinic running smoothly. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting and assisting clients and families Answering and directing incoming phone calls Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Opening and closing the clinic Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby Assisting with clinic activities, theme days, and decorations Providing administrative support to the clinical and administrative teams Performing other office and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience is preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required Compensation Starting pay: $19.00 per hour Higher starting pay may be offered based on experience and qualifications.
