Office Administrator
About the role
The Office Administrator will manage the full life cycle of the direct support team, ensuring they have the skills needed to support the attorneys and clients effectively. They will work with the firm's outsourced vendor to oversee office services and facilities, and lead key initiatives for both the firm and office.
The role involves collaborating with a talented management team, engaging with lawyers and professionals, and promoting the team concept to ensure well-trained coverage is always available. The successful candidate will also support the Office Managing Partner on office initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute systems, processes, policies, and procedures for all aspects of office operations.
- Create and monitor the office’s budget.
- Oversee space utilization, facilities management, and construction projects.
- Cook up and supervise office event planning and execution.
- Manage community engagement activities, including charitable giving campaigns and community service initiatives.
- Support the Office Managing Partner on office initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, client service, and oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management, budget planning and control, project management, personnel management and development.

Pay
The targeted salary range for this position is from $145,000 – $165,000, reflecting the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This position is primarily on site, with flexibility to work remotely periodically.
