Position Overview

At CP Engineers, we value employees who embody our core values of teamwork, recognition, and integrity. As an Office Operations Administrator in our State College, PA office, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while supporting local leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environment
  • Manage front office responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries
  • Cook up calendars, meetings, and scheduling for office leadership
  • Avoid unnecessary travel arrangements as needed
  • Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including assistance with proposals and submission packages
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace setup and coordination
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities
  • Aid in implementing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with Corporate Operations Team to ensure consistency across offices
  • Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance office efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Requirements

  • Ace an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or a combination of relevant experience
  • Have 5+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Show strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Show ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Show a professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Show ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Show experience in a professional services or engineering environment

Compensation

$25-$28/hour
