The Opportunity
You will serve as the central hub of our service operations, managing the vital connection between our field technicians and our valued customers. This role empowers you to take ownership of emergency dispatch logistics and daily office administration in a high-demand trade environment. You will have the autonomy to prioritize urgent service needs while being supported by a leadership team that values professional growth and organizational excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in dispatching or office administration.
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic accounting, invoicing systems, or service management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for coordinating with field technicians and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accurate data entry and file management.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or construction service industries.
- Technical proficiency with NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in emergency coordination or high-pressure logistics roles.
