LRS Consulting Services, the staffing division of Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS), is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our St. Louis, Missouri office. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrative representative for the office, providing operational, financial, and administrative support to Account Executives, consultants, clients, and the sales team. This position is responsible for maintaining critical client and consultant information, supporting invoicing and timekeeping processes, assisting with consultant onboarding, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrative representative for the St. Louis office.Maintain accurate client and consultant records within Dynamics CRM, Tracker ATS, ERP, and related systems.Process customer invoicing, track receivables, and support collection activities.Accurately enter and maintain consultant timekeeping records.Provide administrative and operational support to Account Executives and the Sales Team.Create, organize, maintain, and retrieve contracts, correspondence, and other business documents.Format consultant resumes and prepare client submission materials.Assist with onboarding newly placed consultants.Support proposal development and other team projects.Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office applications.Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, employees, and internal stakeholders.Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications: Required-Minimum of five (5) years of recent office administration experience within the past seven years.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.Experience supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.Ability to manage detailed projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Permanent authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.Preferred-Experience in a staffing, recruiting, or professional services environment.Experience with customer invoicing and receivables management.Experience with CRM, ATS, or ERP systems.Familiarity with consultant onboarding and client submission processes.
