Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and track invoices to ensure timely payments from clients and vendors.
- Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation with suppliers.
- Administer employee timesheets, coordinate payroll inputs, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Afford support with minor company business tasks, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting team projects.
- Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or a related field.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Sage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
