Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and track invoices to ensure timely payments from clients and vendors.
  • Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation with suppliers.
  • Administer employee timesheets, coordinate payroll inputs, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Afford support with minor company business tasks, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and supporting team projects.
  • Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or a related field.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., Sage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
