About the role
Join our dynamic team as the Office Administrator for the San Francisco office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Workplace Operations, you will manage the full life cycle of the direct support team, ensuring each member has the skills needed to successfully support attorneys and clients, providing opportunities for learning and development, and promoting teamwork to ensure well-trained coverage is always available.
You will work with the firm's outsourced vendor to oversee office services and facilities, lead key initiatives for both the firm and office, and collaborate with a talented management team—including Administrators from other offices and chiefs from various administrative departments. This position is primarily on-site, with flexibility to work remotely periodically.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute systems, processes, policies, and procedures for all aspects of office operations.
- Create and monitor the office's budget.
- Oversee space utilization, facilities management, and construction projects.
- Coordinate and supervise office event planning and execution.
- Manage community engagement activities, including charitable giving campaigns and community service initiatives.
- Support the Office Managing Partner on office initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, client service, and oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management, budget planning and control, project management, and personnel management and development.

Pay
The targeted salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
