About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales territories in their respective regions, driving growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time

Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
  • Knowledge of TAVI and Ortho products is advantageous
