Responsibilities
- Filing and organizing dealership documents, contracts, and records.
- Scanning, uploading, and electronically maintaining paperwork in dealership systems.
- Aiding with basic accounting tasks such as data entry and document reconciliation.
- Processing and organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Preparing paperwork for vehicle sales and service transactions.
- Maintaining accurate physical and digital filing systems.
- Answering phones and assisting with general office inquiries.
- Distributing mail and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assisting various departments with administrative projects and daily office support.
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee, customer, and financial information.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous administrative, office, or accounting experience is preferred but not required.
- A strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- A basic understanding of accounting principles is helpful.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, is necessary.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities is important.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A professional attitude with excellent customer service skills is expected.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
