Responsibilities
- Maintain electronic information and manual filing systems for all female inmates files; admissions, active inmate, paroled, shock probation, serve-outs
- Respond to request for information according to open records statutes.
- Review, implement, and process court order trips; calculate and compute inmate sentences; coordinate placement and removal of detainers.
- Implement all functions associated with receiving and discharging inmates to and from the Department of Corrections.
- Communicate with courts, county and state agencies, public, inmates, and institutional staff regarding inmates’ official record.
- Interpret, adhere to, and enforce all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to inmate records.

- Education: Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Experience, Training, or Skills: None
- Substitute Education for Experience: None
- Substitute Experience for Education: Administrative, legal, paralegal, law enforcement, or offender records work experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
- Current or prior military experience will substitute for the required college on a year-for-year basis.
- Special Requirements (Age, Licensure, Regulation, etc.): None
