Role Summary

Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking Counsel with 7-10 years of sophisticated transactional LIHTC experience. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a growing practice that handles complex, multi-layered affordable housing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent owners and developers of affordable housing in complex transactions
• Handle joint ventures and development deals
• Manage financing transactions
• Run deals and supervise deal team members

Requirements

• 7-10 years of sophisticated transactional LIHTC experience
• Experience representing owners and developers of affordable housing
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Confident drafting and editing abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
