Of Counsel - Labor & Employment Attorney
About the role
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team handling complex labor and employment cases, including wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling
- Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients
- Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
- Interact directly with clients and take on significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters
- Contribute to a competitive compensation and several bonus programs
Requirements
- Licensed attorney with a California bar license
- Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling
- Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
