About the role

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team handling complex labor and employment cases, including wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling.

Responsibilities

  • Work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage in direct client interaction and assume significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with a California bar license.
  • Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling.
  • Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in civil defense litigation.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Pay

$190,000 to $250,000
