The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team handling complex labor and employment cases, including wage and hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling.
Responsibilities
- Work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling.
- Provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.
- Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in direct client interaction and assume significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements
- Licensed attorney with a California bar license.
- Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling.
- Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong background in civil defense litigation.
- Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

Pay
$190,000 to $250,000
