Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on transactional labor & employment matters
- Support corporate transactions involving employment-related issues
- Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and documentation
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic employment advice
- Work closely with corporate and transactional teams on sophisticated matters
- Advising clients on risk management and employment compliance issues
Who You Are
- 5th year+ attorney or counsel (Class of 2021–2019+)
- Significant transactional labor & employment experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience at a leading law firm preferred
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Collaborative and client-focused
- Admitted to the New York Bar
Compensation
- Salary Range: $365,000 – $455,000 (DOE)
- Discretionary year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits package
