Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Boston area that's looking to hire an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney. This role is suited for an experienced legal specialist who can manage complex workplace-related matters for employers and employees, while delivering practical counsel and strong courtroom advocacy. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Massachusetts labor and employment law, confidence practicing in state and local courts, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment disputes in Massachusetts courts, including Suffolk Superior Court and other relevant forums.
• Prepare and file persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents in connection with civil litigation matters.
• Lead discovery efforts by developing strategy, reviewing records, drafting responses, and conducting depositions as needed.
• Advise clients on workplace law issues involving both employer-side and employee-side matters under local, state, and federal law.
• Manage matters from initial assessment through resolution, including hearings, negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Interpret legal developments and provide practical recommendations that help clients address risk and respond to
