Of Counsel/Partner - Labor & Employment

Responsibilities

• Represent public and private sector employers in complex employment litigation
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and class/collective action matters
• Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and conduct legal research
• Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in trial/arbitration preparation
• Prepare agency responses and position statements; conduct witness interviews
• Advise employers on federal and state employment law compliance
• Counsel clients on disability accommodations, leave laws, and workplace compliance matters

Qualifications

• Labor relations experience (negotiations, grievances, administrative proceedings)
• 7+ years of employment litigation experience and strong California employment law knowledge
• Must possess exceptional writing, research, analytical, and client service skills
