Responsibilities

• Advising clients on labor and employment matters
• Representing clients in litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution
• Handling cases ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies across various industries

Requirements

• 7+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Oregon and/or Washington State Bar membership
• A portable book of business
• A JD degree
