Requirements

  • Experience with wage & hour class actions, single plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice in at least one state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective negotiation and advocacy abilities.
  • Experience with preventative counseling and compliance.
