  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in application-based discussions
  • 5+ years of proven experience selling to OEM customers in a complex, technical environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and develop new business from scratch
  • Experience managing long sales cycles (12–36 months)
  • Experience in engines, powertrain, or industrial equipment
  • Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 30–50%), including customer visits, trade shows, and on-site meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexible remote schedule – work from home and onsite
  • Award-winning culture – fun, un-corporate, and full of support
  • Competitive base compensation & commission, plus monthly car allowance
  • Robust benefits package:
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Health, dental, vision insurance
    • Life and disability coverage
