OEM Account Manager Executive (Remote Anywhere US)
About the role
Zebra is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its global OEM sales team in North America. This role is a direct, territory-based sales position focused on recruiting, enabling, and developing new OEM customers in retail, healthcare, hospitality, warehousing, and logistics sectors. The role involves a mix of vertical and technological expertise, including point-of-sale, kiosks, vision/ai, medical diagnostics, and emerging market trends.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, enable, and develop new OEM customers in designated territories
- Focus on verticals such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, warehousing, and logistics
- Develop and adapt advanced sales strategies to meet unique customer needs
- Create customer partnerships and manage relationships
- Manage and lead a multi-state territory against company targets
- Manage and lead negotiations on complex deals, often involving multiple decision-makers
- Manage and lead the development of business solutions that address financial issues and drive revenue growth
- Manage and lead the development of contingency plans for complex projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a territory development or business development role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-state territories
- Strong technical knowledge of Zebra products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Ability to work remotely and plan business travel

Zebra offers a competitive salary range of $114,080.00 - $171,120.00 annually, with the possibility of earning additional variable compensation through commissions. Pay
The starting salary for this role is $114,080.00 - $171,120.00 annually, with the possibility of earning additional variable compensation through commissions.
Schedule
This role is remote, but requires the ability to travel to major airports in the US for approximately 30% of the time.
