Responsibilities
- Serve as the ODNI CIO Team Lead, leading the ODNI CIO team in managing personnel and contractor activities across multiple locations.
- Act as the primary interface and point of contact with Sponsor program authorities and staff on technical and project-related matters.
- Regularly brief leadership on JIMINY CRICKET program status, milestones, and progress.
- Oversee contractor personnel and project operations through the development and implementation of procedures.
- Plan and direct the execution of contractual, technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support activities.
- Monitor and report overall program performance and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on Program Management experience supporting enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) environments and system enhancement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience developing decision-quality products, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and action-tracking mechanisms for senior leadership.
- Prominent experience overseeing or guiding portfolio and program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategies, including vendor management and enterprise software licensing activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 or more years of experience.
Skills
- Active Project Management Institute (PMI) certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
- Experience translating mission priorities and strategic objectives into actionable IT roadmaps, investment strategies, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals and drive execution across complex enterprise environments.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting senior-level decision-making processes.

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $128,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
