CI Team Lead

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and direct the execution of the contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
• Brief leadership on program progress, status, and achievement of milestones.
• Be the primary interface customer(s) on technical and project issues.
• Able to supervise, manage, support, and evaluate personnel.

Required Qualifications

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance.
• 4+ years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
• Experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.

Basic Compensation

$156,500 - $191,200 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
