ODM Material Manager

Location: Austin, Texas

Pay Range: $70-75/HR ON W2

About the role

Manage end-to-end relationships with ODM partners, ensuring material readiness and supply continuity for hardware programs. Drive MRP alignment, manage CTB (Commit-to-Build) cycles, and track material availability against build schedules. Escalate gating components and ensure on-time delivery to support global data center buildout schedules. Collaborate with ODM planning, procurement teams, logistics, and engineering to resolve material constraints and risks. Translate material risks into actionable recovery plans, managing complex BOMs in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in ODM material management or related fields.
• Strong experience managing complex BOMs and working directly with ODM planning and procurement teams.
• Proven ability to navigate conflict, drive accountability, and communicate effectively with external partners and leadership.
• Experience in hyperscale or large-scale ODM/EMS environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
