Position Background
Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale Manufacturing Execution System (MES) transformation. This individual will partner closely with the client and a third-party system implementation partner to deliver best-in-class organizational change management services that enable successful adoption of the new solution across the organization.
Experience
- 7–10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- PREFERRED: 5+ years supporting ERP, SAP, MES, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other enterprise system implementations
- Experience leading OCM activities for medium to large-scale technology transformations (500–5,000+ impacted users)
- Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Consulting experience preferred
