Responsibilities
- Drive Lost Production Factor (LPF), Liquidated Damages (LD) and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives through data-driven quality improvements.
- Lead the deployment of quality strategies, standards, and best practices across Service operations to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Monitor and improve key quality performance indicators, including NCRs, customer issues, and Product audits.
- Contribute to improved business performance through data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCA) and structured problem-solving methodologies to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of quality concerns and enhancing service delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Service, R&D, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and improve turbine reliability.
- Facilitate quality awareness, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen a culture of quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering in any of the following disciplines or similar - Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial / Aerodynamics.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in quality governance, audits, continuous improvement, and customer issue management or a similar role.
- Six Sigma green belt certified and Six Sigma Black Belt (preferable).
- ISO 9001:2015 certified Auditor (preferable).

- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and service processes.
